Why embroidery, and when it is the wrong choice
Embroidery is thread, not ink, so it does not crack, peel or fade the way a print eventually will. On a jacket that lives in a truck box or a polo that gets washed twice a week, it is the finish that still looks deliberate after a couple of seasons. That durability is the reason it remains the default for uniforms and for anything a customer sees up close.
It is not right for everything. A logo with fine gradients, photographic detail or a dozen colours will not resolve in stitches at chest size, and a very lightweight or stretchy fabric can pucker. When artwork or fabric pushes past what a needle does well, we will say so and point you at screen printing or direct-to-film printing instead of quietly producing a poor result.

Common questions
How much does logo embroidery cost?
It depends on stitch count, which is driven by the size and complexity of the logo, and on quantity. There is a one-time digitising step for new artwork. Send the logo and the garment and we will quote the actual job rather than a range.
Can you embroider clothing I bring in myself?
Usually yes. We check the fabric and the placement first, because some technical and waterproof materials should not be needle-punched, and very stretchy knits can pucker.
What file do you need for my logo?
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal. A high-resolution PNG or JPG is often workable. If all you have is a business card or a photo of a sign, bring it in and we will tell you what is recoverable.
Will a reorder match my last one?
Yes. The digitised file stays on record here, so repeat runs use the same stitch file rather than being re-created from your logo each time.
How long does embroidery take?
It depends on the queue and the quantity, but because everything is stitched on-site we can give you a real date rather than a supplier's estimate. Ask when you send the artwork.
