What is Direct to Garment Printing?

Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified ink jet technology. This is essentially, digital apparel printing.

DTG printing is environmentally-friendly as it utilizes water-based inks; and because the process is digital, no chemicals or screens are being wasted.

DTG is best suited for 100% cotton garments, as it will produce the most vibrant finish.

Which garments are best-suited?

Direct To Garment Printing works best on 100% Cotton Fabrics, though we are able to print onto any type of fabric. For extra supreme results, we would recommend using Ring-spun T-Shirts, such as the Gildan Soft style 64000.
