Three decoration methods, three different jobs. Picking the wrong one is how a uniform order ends up costing more than it should.
Embroidery
Stitched thread, not ink, so it lasts the life of the garment and reads as the most finished of the three. It is what you want on hats, polos, jackets and bags. Done in store in Chilliwack.
Screen printing
Ink pushed through a screen, one screen per colour. Setup makes small runs expensive and large runs cheap, which is why it wins on bulk tees and hoodies for events and teams. The more pieces, the better the per-piece price.
Direct to film
A digital print pressed into the fabric from a transfer film. No screens means no setup and no minimum, it handles full-colour artwork that screen printing would need many passes for, and it works on cotton, polyester and blends. Best for small runs and complex art.
